All seals and stamps abide by Hawaii regulations stating that the seal must be circular with a serrated border and include the following: name, Notary Public, state of Hawaii and notary ID number. Note: You cannot have your commission expiration date in your seal, but you must put it on all official notary acts. All orders ship next business day!
