RETURN POLICY: At The Corporate Connection we have in place quality control standards and practices that ensure orders will be manufactured correctly. If there is an error on a customized product, or the product fails to work properly, we will replace it free of charge. When you create your product on our web site, you have created the master for your product. If you enter your text information with mistakes or typographical errors, you are responsible. If you make the error we will not replace the product free of charge. The products that we provide are custom made for you, with your information on them. We cannot be exchange or replace a product if you simply don't like what you ordered. Remember, it was custom made for you and can not be re-sold to anyone else. Products ordered are manufactured and shipped on the next business day after ordering. Once a product is made it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you do realize that you want to change or cancel your order, you must notify us immediately after your order is placed.
