Supplies for Kentucky Notaries
Brush up on the latest state notary requirements. We have updated seals and kits available for you to customize.
As a Kentucky notary public, no equipment is required during your 4-year appointment. The use of a notary seal is optional, but highly recommended because it will easily imprint the required information that is necessary to have on all official notarization.
You may use a seal in the form of an embosser, pre-inked or self-inking stamp. A records journal is suggested as best practice for keeping notarial acts secure and organized. For more information and requirements see our Kentucky notary FAQs.
Kentucky seals and stamps are customized to follow the state requirements which include: name, Notary Public, State at Large, Kentucky, ID number and commission expiration date. Please note that if you have a notary public special commission, that needs to be featured on your seal and you will be required to use the following signature block: "I, (Blank), a Kentucky Notary Public Special Commission, for acts performed in or outside Kentucky for recordation in Kentucky; my commission expires: (Blank)." Personalization is always free at All State Notary Supplies. So, you'll never pay extra to add your name to any of our products.
