Oregon Notary Supplies

Supplies for Oregon Notaries

During your 4-year valid notary appointment, there are many Oregon notary public supplies and packages available to you. By law, Oregon requires you to keep a true and perfect records journal of all notarial acts. This journal must be retained for 10 years after the last performed notarization. An official notary seal is mandatory on all documents in the form of a pre-inked or self-inking stamp.

An embosser can be used in addition to the stamp as an additional security measure, but it cannot be the sole seal. For more information and requirements see our Oregon notary FAQs.  Make sure to order desk accessories and updated seals for your state. It is our guarantee that all notary supplies ship next business day!

Oregon seals and stamps follow the state maintained guidelines saying they must contain the following text: official stamp, name, Notary Public - Oregon, commission number and commission expiration date. The stamp includes the image of the State of Oregon Seal 1859.
