Is the Bonding Agency Line Required?
No. Florida Statute 117.05(3)(a) requires only your name, the words "Notary Public - State of Florida," your commission number, and your commission expiration date. The bonding agency line is optional. Many notaries include it because their bonding agency or employer prefers it, or to match a previous seal. If you don't need it, choose our standard Florida notary stamp instead.
