North Dakota state laws request that all notaries use a notary seal in the form of a pre-inked or self-inking stamp on all performed acts. An embosser can be used as a secondary seal impression to prevent fraud. It is not mandatory by law, but a records journal constitutes as the best practice for keeping your knowledge of performed notarization secure. For more information and requirements see our North Dakota notary FAQs.
North Dakota stamps and seals are customized to state specifications which make the following information mandatory: name, Notary Public, state of North Dakota and commission expiration date. Note: You must send us a copy of your certificate of authorization before you can have a notary seal manufactured. Certificates can be uploaded within the product page you order from.
Personalization is always free at All State Notary Supplies. So, you'll never pay extra to add your name to any of our products.
