It is important to note that first time notaries have a 2-year commission term, but those who are renewing can request a 4 year term from the Secretary of State.
Delaware requires the use of an embosser, pre-inked or self-inking stamp to make all official notarization. All authentic seals and stamps must use black ink. We suggest using seal impression inker to make your embosser suitable for photocopying.
For more information and requirements see our Delaware notary FAQs. Delaware seals and stamps are customized to contain the following: name, Notary Public, state of Delaware and your commission expiration date.
Personalization is always free at All State Notary Supplies. So, you'll never pay extra to add your name to any of our products.
