Supplies for Louisiana Notaries
When notary requirements change, you may need to add to your current supplies and order new seals. Customize Louisiana stamps, embossers, and more with our easy to use website.
Louisiana notary public appointments are valid for life. Even though you do not need to renew your commission, you are required to have and renew a bond or Error and Omissions insurance every 5 years.
No equipment is required by the state, but you are strongly encouraged to purchase supplies and packages that will make your job easier. It is suggested that you use a records journal with numbered pages to keep record of performed notarization. You may also use a notary seal in the form of an embosser, pre-inked or self-inking stamp.
For more information and requirements see our Louisiana notary FAQs. Stamps and seals have the following custom information required by Louisiana notarization law: name, Notary Public, notary ID number, parish, Louisiana and the image of a pelican with her nest.
Personalization is always free at All State Notary Supplies. So, you'll never pay extra to add your name to any of our products.
