Supplies for Michigan Notaries
Choose from stamps, embossers, records books, signs, name tags and other notary accessories. We offer a variety of custom packages and supplies that can be ordered during your 6-7 year appointment as a Michigan notary public. Commissions expire on your birthday and you must apply for a new commission because there is no renewal process.
Michigan requires the purchase of a surety bond. A records journal is not mandatory, but if you choose to use one, the records must be kept for at least 5 years. Michigan notary stamp requirements are lenient. It is only recommended that you use a legible notary seal in the form of an embosser, pre-inked or self-inking. For Michigan notary requirements and information see our Michigan notary FAQs.
Following Michigan notary laws, all seals and stamps contain the following: name, Notary Public, state of Michigan, county, commission expiration date and Acting in the County of (Blank). Notarization that occurs outside of the county of commission must have the date the act was performed included on official documents. Start customizing the seal for your notary supply kit today.
Personalization is always free at All State Notary Supplies. So, you'll never pay extra to add your name to any of our products.
