Supplies for U.S. Virgin Islands Notaries
Order U.S. Virgin Islands notary public supplies and packages that contain beneficial items to use during your 4-year term as a notary. Packages include items such as records journals, notary pouches, stamp and embossers seals, and office signage.
The law requires the use of a notary seal in the form of an embosser. Your official seal impression must be on all notarization. We suggest that you use a seal impression inker for photocopying your embossing. You have the option of using a pre-inked or self-inking stamp as an additional measure of fraud prevention. You must keep a memorandum of all official notary acts in a records journal to protect yourself from a lawsuit.
For more information and requirements see our U.S Virgin Islands notary FAQs. U.S. Virgin Islands seals and stamps consist of the following wording: name, Notary Public, District, USVI and commission expiration date. Stamps have the optional addition of your commission or identification number.
Personalization is always free at All State Notary Supplies. So, you'll never pay extra to add your name to any of our products.
