By law, you are required to purchase a surety bond in Texas. Aside from the bond, you must use a notary seal on all official documents. The seal can be in the form of an embosser, pre-inked or self-inking stamp. A fee schedule must be displayed for your customers. A records journal needs to be maintained and kept safe and secure for 3 years after the last notarization. In this journal, you cannot records any identification number, driver's license, social security or passport numbers.
Our Texas seals and stamps are made to meet Texas notary stamp requirements, including: name, Notary Public, State of Texas, notary identification number, commission expiration date and the image of the notary public state of Texas seal.
