Product is good. Seems sturdy. The locking feature is nice. I feel it could have a little more ink in/on it but maybe this will improve with more use. The stamp is nice and clear, easy to read. I love the color choices offered. Customer service was great. There was a note of concern on the order in the notes box and received a quick and friendly reply eliminating that concern. Item shipped quickly. It was easy to navigate the website and order. Overall experience was great and will advise others to order from here as well as order again myself.
